Loved their debut a surprising lot. Arguably generic as all hell, not to mention repetitive, but has tons and tons of energy and passionate playing to it. It's basically Helloween's Eagle Fly Free and I'm Alive eight times over, which is certainly not a bad thing in my book. It actually ended up being one of my most played albums of 2006.
As for the new song: it sounds pretty much in the same vein as Enter Deception, except for the vocals, which seem to have undergone a complete change. Much lower, deeper and just plain better than before, and it doesn't even sound like the same guy behind the mic. I assumed they'd gotten a new vocalist, but apparently they haven't. I don't really prefer low vocals to high ones or the other way around, but the delivery here just seems much more natural and less forced than before. Looking forward to the next album!
