Souls in Pain is a pretty good song indeed. I think I'm gonna look for these guys.

This is fucking great!! I was pretty disappointed with Melancholy Beast, especially after the review from this site, but hopefully this album will change my perspective of the band.

This album has me absolutely floored. Pyramaze picked up the mood a little bit, with fewer fast parts, but at any rate, songwriting quality remains top notch. Vocals are perfect, guitars are heavy as hell, and my favorite part, the keys, make the album for me.

Somewhere a while back I had heard that there was plans for a longer song on this album, clocked in somewhere around the 10 minute mark. Obviously this is not the case, but I'm wondering whether I imagined that or there's a reason as to why no 10 minute song is present? I guess this would be me asking if anyone else has any idea.

I really didnt like Melancholy Beast. I think it was way overrated. This new song sounds pretty good, but i just hate the vocal harmonizing. It is probably just doubling up on Lances voice in the production but it ruins the alnbum for me and i hear it again here. his voice is good enough to stand alone. There arent enough twists and turns in the music for it to be called power/prog either. it is just power.

Hey, that new song sounds pretty good! I love the atmospheric mood these guys can create on some of their songs. Good song, but I hope it isn't the best of the bunch though, as I got tired of it after a few listens.

The debut was awesome, and It deserved the score it received on this site. The Journey has to be one of my favorite songs off all time.

Very impressive, no technical masturbations and pretty heavy as well! Maybe it's time to get back to the power prog genre tha I have sworn off since all those Dream Theater and Sonata Smurfica clones infested the market! Imagine that the most recent band of that kind I have in my collection is Artension!
