I was checking up on the latest gigs, when I noticed In Falmes were going to tour the UK with Sepultura supporting them! Surely it should be the other way around. Admittedly, Sepultura's fanbase has been halved (at least) since Max's departure, but still, Sepultura on support?

Man that sounds like a regular all star craptacular.

[By the way I'm not following you around the forum being an ass on purpose.]

yep, pretty lame.

personally the gig that infuriated me was King Crimson SUPPORTING Tool. lol? Fripp supporting a band that has ripped him off?

it's all about names unfortunately.

Nevermore are supporting Disturbed on their upcoming European tour. I mean, like, WHAT?

I don't mind In Flames, but Sepultura really sucked after Max left

what would really piss me off would be to see Iron Maiden opening for any power metal act... otherwise, seeing unpopular old bands opening for devoted fans young ones isn't that big of a shock to me... and if young Tool fans, who had never heard of King Crimson, fell in musical love with this old beards collection that's even better !

NP
A NORTHERN CHORUS "BITTER HANDS RESIGN" shoooooegazer ! nice... :D

Continuing the theme, a little part of me died when the Wildhearts supported the Darkness... But I suppose it's their own fault for being shamefully irony free.

To be honest, I've never actually listened to Sepultura sans Max... But all people tell me I'm not missing much, and in the face of such unanimity I felt I needn't bother forming my own opinion :?
