I hope you're joking. This isn't a Roadrunner sell-out, or going on Ozzfest. Very unlike you.

Anyway, I am sure this will be a good album... I think they probably still reign as the best band I've ever seen live. That gig was total w00tage from start to seventh encore.

Don't be surprised if a single isn't pushed onto the mainstream. As much as you guys hate Evanescence, they opened a door for bands like Lacuna Coil, Nightwish, Within Temptation, etc.. The Gathering missed that boat with Souvenirs, but it wouldn't shock me if we got a radio-friendly tune from this new album.

Well of course if it's a good single then so be it, they can sell as much as they can and I won't especially mind. :D

And that's a good thing? Within Temptation turned to absolute shit chasing that bandwagon.

The Gathering went to crap long before Evanskank became popular, so that has nothing to do with it.

It depends, if it's good it's good. I was just pointing out that if that happens rio is going to have to start defending The Gathering like I do Lacuna Coil!

except The Gathering are actually good even if softer than they used to be... Lucanal Coit never really did anything mindblowing (still they're not bad and Cristina is kinda pretty)...

Well, looking at it like that, Jessica Simpson is the new Bob Dylan.
