Most bands do stuff like this just to see how far a promoter will go. I'd request a lot of ridiculous BS just to see them break their backs to get it. I'm sure Gorgoroth did just that, and so people on Mesage Boards can say "OMG! They R Not KVlt!"

Remember kids, it's only a stage persona. They are just regular people under the corpsepaint.
