Though I would suggest not shopping at Hot Topic anymore, Xygoraz, if only because they're very overpriced, especially on cds. I don't know where you are, but if you're in the northeast, Newbury Comics is generally a good place to go for music. And, obviously, the internet provides a lot of cheap shopping.

Personally I don't think their overpriced at all. I usually pay between $5 - $12 for cds and around $20 for a t-shirt (Which isn't bad. I usually but the "Metal For The Masses" cds at Hot Topic because it's not sold anywhere else that I know of. But I'm kinda of pissed because their t-shirt selection isn't that big. They don't ave many metal band t-shirts there but I did manage to get 2 Slayer shirts & a Motorhead shirt from there. 8)

Uhm...I did not listen to nu-metal before getting into metal (Michael Jackson I was digging, and still am); instead, I am getting into Limp Bizkit and the like just now. There should be a fourth option for guys like me. 8)
