With the exception of Light the Universe, there isn't a bad song on this album. Definitely my favorite Deris era Helloween disc.
I love the intro to Occasion Avenue. A nice humorous nod to the Keepers I & II albums!
I really like "Light The Universe." I'm not too fond of "Born On Judgement Day," some times I really dig it, others I don't. It's a mood song, I guess. I think it's the worst on the CD, though it's clearly not a bad song.
Comparing this to Keeper I and II would be dumb, but I definitely think it's better than those two albums.

Maybe when I'm in a more subtle mood, I'll try Light the Universe again. For whatever reason, Helloween ballads just never have done it for me.
Yeah, the only thing on this album that makes me think of I & II on this album is the guy flipping through radio stations at the beginning of Occasion Avenue (don't want to take too much away from the upcoming review here). Other than that, a comparison to I & II is a stretch as Helloween is a different band now (17 years later). Still, I think it's worthy of the name.
