No, I did not forget Venom, I never considered them as thrash;
I may be mistaken, but back in the day (early-mid eighties)
we called it Black Metal...
and I did not forget Metallica, either; just always thought they were weak and insipid.

I've stopped my list in 1989 as it is for me the end of the golden age of thrash metal....

Metallica "Master of Puppets"
Anthrax "Among the Living"
Coroner "Punsihment for Decadence"
Forbidden "Forbidden Evil"
Exodus "Bonded by Blood"
Dark Angel "We Have Arrived"
Annihilator "Alice in Hell" (ok, it's heavy thrash...)
Nuclear Assault "Game Over"
Death Angel "Frolic Through the Park"
Heathen "Breaking the Silence"
Holy Terror "Terror & Submission"
Mekong Delta "s/t"
Wrath "Nothing to Fear"
Blind Illusion "The Sane Asylum"
Flotsam & Jetsam "No Place for Disgrace"
Megadeth "Killing is My Business... and Business is Good" (EDIT)
Slayer "South of Heaven" (EDIT)

also, I've chosen to include only my favourite album by each artist...

Vio-lence - Eternal Nightmare
Sodom- Agent Orange
Holy Terror- Terror and Submission
Dark Angel- Darkness Descends
Possessed- Seven Churches
Kreator- Pleasure to Kill
Watchtower- Control and Resistance
Coroner- Punishment for Decadence
Anthrax- Fistful of Metal, Among the Living
Exodus- Bonded By Blood
Testament- The Legacy
Sepultura- Morbid Visions, Beneath the Remains

There are a lot of others, plus some that are borderline death/thrash, but seeing as almost everyone has similar albums, it's getting a bit repetitive.
