The difference between Follow The Reaper and Hatecrew Deathroll is notable (unfortunately, Bodom are one of those bands you have to listen to before criticising them). The neoclassical elements were gone from everything but the solos, and the keyboards were played in a totally different style. I still liked HCD, but I think the new album, from what I've heard so far, is too big a step in the wrong direction.

I didn't bother listening to the whole albums, but life's too short to make myself like things. So another band has sold out, life goes on with much gnashing of teeth (from some, anyway :roll: ).

Now my copy of In Your Face! has arrived and I'm almost a little dissapointed with it. The radiorip had a very blurry sound, but after listening to it over and over I started to really like it. The single almost sounds too good.

And no, I'm not a troll, I just tend to like bodom alot 8) .

Is your sig supposed to say needed 24/7 or needled 24/7?

Man, its sad that many of you are only realizing now how gay and sucky this band is. Fuck them and their fans. Joke or not...they covered a Britney Spears song. That takes a certain amount of Gayness that only Edguy could match.

Finally listened to it...Its not terrible but its definately their worst from what I hear..I hope the album has better. If not, Ill be one sad guy :( .

I fucking love them. They are my favorite band.

I just heard two songs. They weren't horrendous, but they also weren't remotely good. I prefer silence to the songs I just heard, but prefer the new Bodom songs to, say, In Flames. The mallcore kiddies are gonna adore it. Yeah, they definately were always a little fruity, but at least they had integrity.
