The opening of track 3 sounds exactly like a maiden song. :|

Hey, I listened through this and I liked the guitar work. The sound quality wasn't all that but that's the joy of demos, haha.

It was meant to be a tribute.

Well the point was to not have another incrediboly vibrato laiden un-original singer without any attitude. i think we've achieved that. Anyway, I love the vocals and he's awesome live. So there.

If I told you I recorded the whole thing with a computer mic you probably wouldn't believe me.

You'll get yourself a review of this next week, Holy_Terror. I like it so far, but haven't listened to it enough to form an opinion I respect on it.

"Prelude" reminds of the beginning of Testaments "Burnt Offerings." I think it's just the key you're playing in, musically it's really not the same.

The verses on "Live For Metal" remind me of Rush, I think Tom Sawyer maybe, but definitely a Rush song (whom suck it bad)!! =)

Not bad otherwise.

Yes I have, and I concur in its awesomness. You guys have basically nailed what made the NWOBHM so excellent. Very nice guitar harmonies, very nice vocals, and the couple of thrashy parts were also quite excellent. We need more bands like this today.

Oh yes, and the production sucks, but its a demo, so what can you do?

The vocals aren't my thing, but the things about them that bother me could also be attributed to the way they were recorded (as mentioned above), so I won't review them yet. I really like the riffs. Some of them actually remind me of old, good Metallica in the same way they once tok influence from NWOBHM :)
