Nice atmosphere on this one. Eastern Europe is where it;s at regarding black metal today.

The production is excellent as is the musicianship, without overdosing on either. I enjoyed the acoustic intro and outro greatly, and the suite of Spiritual Oppression and Forlorn and Cold highlighted the album (Goat caught the early Emperor hint in their former as well). I thought the vocal layering in Uniformity was a bit distracting, but still very solid material overall!
