Thoughts? Old favorite of mine.

The guitars could have been more out front in the mix and the programmed drums were a bit distracting at times, but all-in-all this was a solid blast of atmospheric symphonic darkness. Will definitely check out more of their stuff.

Ad Noctum: Dynasty of Death has a much better guitar production, recommended.

Quite good, if you don't mind them writing catchy songs instead of just steamrolling. Decent mix of the two here.

There are a myriad of SRV compilations out there but, for my money, this one stands as the most satisfying. This record is a blues only affair containing some of Stevie's most soulful tracks, highlighted by the smooth, smoky cool of Tin Pan Alley and Riviera Paradise.
