We fought long and hard for a couple weeks, but I won! and now the circle is complete. You wouldn't believe who actually makes these metal records...but It's not my place to say...pay attention and read the oldest damn books you can find and things should make sense.

I am really hating grad school after I got myself wrapped up into a bunch of committee, administrative, extracurricular bullshit. That was fucking stupid. Now, I must quickly unwrap myself from such bullshit without pissing too many people off.

I feel kinda bad for avoiding any optional obligations, but I also hate stress.

Then again I also don't care for the conference or journal the grad student union works on, and when I do care about something I organize it, i.e. I got a bunch of us together for a weekly meeting to discuss our research.

Sorry fella, I have something the Christian Church used to teach called "Divine Providence" which means I can see beyond the veil and the true nature of reality. Unless you had it yourself it would all be very hard to believe the nature of how the universe works. Quite a few on Earth have this, but having it is not some sort of psychological issue. It means we are very old beings who have reincarnated to earth so many damn times we eventually reawaken our deeper senses.

Believe me, I was an atheist who needed everything proven with hard science. Once I reverse engineered all the hard sciences and saw what a joke they were, ie mankind making up bullshit to describe something he did not actually understand (the same allegation religion gets accused of) meanwhile there is an order of the universe that fits on one 8x11 sheet of paper that describes hw everything in nature and in astrophysics operates and nothing contradicts anything else and it gives you far superior answers than any science textbook on any matter.

Now I can read books that read like a word salad, such as the bible, or even Anton LaVey's writing, or any music lyrics, or basically anything else such as the Odyssey, Romeo and Juliet, ect. and explain what every single word means in very real terms and the historical significance of it dating back many thousands of years of the collective unconscious. A song like "Force Ten" by Rush for example has extremely heavy symbology, down to the MIDI triggers they used that tell a hugely complicated story that unless you know the references you'll end up oversimplifying to the point of it being meaningless. A good place to start is those "Mythology A-Z" books that were published. Especially the Egyptian one as it's most referenced.

I am still thinking of ways where I can quit school, study by myself, and make an income at around 3000. I don't like retail as I have had negative experinces with it. However, school is so boring and there is so much more to life than sitting in a dull lecture hall for an hour. The minute I figure something out I will quit and search for something more meaningful than dull professors.

Today I signed a lease to move in with my girlfriend in February :-)

Ever been in a public place and thought 'if that guy doesn't shut the hell up I am going to knock him out'? In Australia we have a constitutional right to freely practice any religion we desire. This does NOT translate as the right to belittle, insult, criticise, and/or force your views on to others. What is wrong with the world that attractive women can't wear revealing outfits in public without being called 'sluts' and having some jackass say they deserve to be raped because they aren't wearing a burka (or however the fuck you spell it).

Many times. I take it this was a Muslim man berating a woman over her revealing clothes? Dude, you would have been totally in the right to smack him down (figuratively speaking, of course). Ass clowns like that don't deserve any respect.

dunno if you guys know, São Paulo, one of the biggest cities in the world, is in the midst of an unprecedented drought. reservoirs are at less than 5% (they went into the dry season at about 12%, whereas in a normal year they'd be at 60 or so). the wet season only starts in december, more or less. there is the very serious possibility that we'll run out of water. holy shit.

Yeah people like that are why Islam has such negative connotations associated with it in western society.

And while we're on the subject of relationships my girlfriend and I celebrated our 2 month anniversary today. Admittedly that isn't an excessively long period of time but it's a promising start.
