I can't believe a new Sodom album came out and this is the first I'm hearing about it. The last one wasn't so great, but still had some rippers on it. Will be getting this ASAP.

Good old Sodom. 40 minutes of really good thrashing, nothing more, nothing less.

^ This.
Not pushing the envelope, no pretentiousness, just raw thrashing goodness, baby.

I'm excited.

Does it compare to In War and Pieces, Sodom, or M-16?

I'd say all three are different enough.

Sure does - on par with IWAP and M16, better than S/T I'd say.

M-16 is a classic, so if its even slightly similar, I'm pumped.

As far as I'm concered, it's on the same level as the last 3 or 4 albums.

M16 is untouchable, and I liked s/t better than this.

Each to their own - M-16 is indisputably awesome though I'd say.

I don't know what it is about the s/t, just felt a bit generic. Maybe I should give it some more listening time. That takes up valuable m-16 listening time though

So my first listen I thought this was pretty weak. Now on my 3rd listen through and this is the best since M-16. The song S.O.D.O.M. is fucking awesome.

Old school German thrash!
