good melodies,nice heaviness and riffs

I didn't know it had a bad reputation. But I don't like it because I find pop/rock song structures boring, no matter how good the riffs might be.

I like Death and Roll stuff like Entombed or Carcass' Swansong.

For some reason I didn't like the Death n Roll stuff done by Gorefest though.

Swansong is the only Death N Roll album that I know of that I enjoy from the genre. Even then it's not something I listen to very often.

What are you referring to when you say death n' roll? Albums, bands, etc? All I can think of is Six Feet Under and that is shit.

If that's what you're going by, the list is too bland to really have a strong opinion about let alone to cultivate a bad opinion of. It's just pretty meh.

Last.fm's list included One Man Army and the Undead Quartet and Convulse, which is more meh.
