Cheers to everyone's feedback. Not much to say really other than the fact that I will have to wait and see...

I just got a new cell phone. BlackBerry Curve. Yeah I don't like i-phones and the whole touching approach to cells phones and MP3 at all. I like it old school.

Indeed, patience and understanding is the way to go with your favourite lady, fuck knows you'll need it. Such is life, it's worth the effort, you'll get it back if she's with it...

Dude, I'm a nutritional consultant, use me damn it. Don't use the juicer.

I have no issue admitting when I am wrong. I have felt like shit most of today, so the idea of diving into a regimen like that is just too tough. Thomas, I am open to all of your wisdom.

I'm on a regiment of 1.5 to 2 cups of sugar a day in my gallon of tea and endless junk food and munchies. Also magnesium and these multivitamins full of copper and taurine.

This was me for several years, until about a month ago. I also had an addiction to McDonald's and Hungry Jack's (that's what Burger King is called here).

I got really fat. So about a month ago I started a very strict diet and exercise regime with a friend of mine who is a personal trainer. I've lost about 6 - 7 kg so far and I feel so much better it's not funny.

I'm a little heavier than I'd like and plan on cutting one of these days but not right now.

The thing is. I know for a fact that 15 minutes of running would be beneficial to my voice than an hour of singing. Yet I sit on my ass and don't do it.

That and a good 50 ab crunches a day and some situps and pushups for my ab and chest muscles would also be a good place to go.

Someone on TV was talking about exercise and it was pretty motivating and actually got me thinking about it:

After you do ANY excercise you will:

Look better
Feel better
& Be in better health.

I seriously need to get some rid of some of this strain inducing fat and work on the cardio a little bit. I don't have a breath problem, but I don't wanna start one either.

Yeah, I guess you had to see the way he said it. His attitude is why not do ONE pushup. It will make you physically feel better and takes next to no effort. That was his sales pitch. You can be lazy, just do a little bit and it will be worth your time. Somehow I think most people got the perception that it takes hours a week for there to be any results.

It's kinda obvious. I don't know why it took a tv ad to convince you.

I had another massive migraine yesterday. I wanted to write a second review but I didnt' get to that since I could barely move. If I got out of bed I either vomited or fell to the floor out of dizziness. There's also increasing pressure from my parents, girlfriend and best friend to get a brain scan done, I don't really know what to do with that. I've got this typical mindset that there's nothing wrong, that it's just a headache, everyone has those.

I've had some awful headaches where all you can do is try to go to sleep to stop the pain. But I have never vomited or fell down from the pain. Milan, get checked out man. Go get the scan done. I'm a procrastinator too. But your health is important.

I agreed to keep track of how often I have such migraines this month. After that I'm going to discuss with my parents what to do.

In other news, my psychiatry professor has confessed to having sexualy abused several of his patients. So no class on friday!
