The Tulimyrsky EP by Moonsorrow is pretty good. Possibly the longest EP, too. 70 minutes of varied goodness.

Dopesmoker, I think, is 75 minutes.

I thought to be considered an EP it must be under 30 minutes.

No. But I also imagine them not being a single song, like how Meshuggah claimed Catch 33 was a single song. Yeah, sure whatever dudes if single songs were an agglomeration of atomized, monadic parts then maybe that would count. But, for real. Like Dopesmoker is really just one song.
