Update :

So I met her again today for studying. We walked for about 15-20 minutes to get the coffee shop which we wanted to study in. So we talked about family, reason for moving to a foreign country, and what not. Rather personal and important things. There was no eye connection there really because we were obviously walking side by side. Then we got to the coffee shop and studied for about 45 minutes and then starting talking for about two hours! God is was great. Boy, do I miss staring into a girl's eye and talking to her. We talked about a lot of important things. Friends, family, morals, pasts. I mean, I THINK, we really connected deeply and genuinely. It was rather captivating and admittedly very moving indeed. She was asking questions on what areas of philosophy interests me and the specific of my interests. That's something that has never happened! I was amazed. She was authentically interested. We laughed at a lot of stupid stuff which was extremely fun. Then I escorted her to the nearest train station and waited for her train to arrive and then headed home. I just tetxted and told her that I really enjoyed our time together and is looking forward to our meeting on Saturday. I think I will ask her our next time we meet. I mean I will most definitely ask her out on Saturday. I'm fairly certain she does not have a boyfriend which thrills me no end.

Alright, so I guess I don't wanna get your hopes too high up but it sounds to me like you're more or less in. From what you described it sounds like she's into you.

You should organise a study session for a night when you're both free afterwards. Then take her to a relaxed place that serves drinks and just have some drinks and continue conversation just like what you described above. After you've both had a few drinks (don't get too drunk) move in for a kiss.

Yeah she likes "girlie drinks." We briefly discussed that. The problem is my stomach hasn't be responding very well to alcohol these last several months.
