Dunno if this has been mentioned, but according to this article:

http://loudwire.com/suffocation-bassist-reveals-details-for-face-melting-2012-album/

Suffocation have a new album coming out this year.

Please excuse me while I masturbate vigourously.

I'll buy it, and on the very, very, very slight chance they come to Australia, I'll go see them and blow out my eardrums.

I refuse to even listen to a full album before I've got a copy in my hands. I've become completely addicted to the feeling of getting a new cd (especially in the mail because the wait is so unbearable) and listening to it for the first time. It's like a ritual.

Yeah when you simply can't afford it but you can afford to buy an album instead of a shirt or going to a show, then why not. That's what I do.

Trust, you've probably got more expendable income being a bartender then I do.

All just excuses to continue to download music.

Wrong, asshole. Working ten hours at the bar a week earns me $80 if I'm lucky. I bartend to help my friends who own the bar. I make $200 a week working at a grocery store. My credit card bills equal about $150 a month with a $200 car payment and $50 cell phone bill. Tack on car insurance and groceries and gas, I don't have expendable income, but thanks for trying and laying some moral judgment on me. This is such an annoying conversation to always be brought up that is rooted in presumptuousness. Don't fucking dictate to people what they can and can't afford. If a band doesn't want me listening to their music, because I don't have the means to afford a $15 album then they can go fuck off. I don't need to listen to them if they're only in it for me to purchase their shit. I try my hardest to send money their way to support them. They're in comparable dire straits as I am often times, but if they can't recognize that then there are dicks for them to eat.

Dev's just bitter because the cd industry is dead and in a couple of years we're gonna have to find something new to collect. I know the feeling all too well.

Still, I don't really give a fuck what other people do. I buy cd's because it makes me happy, not because I feel it's the "right" thing to do.

You call those bills?

Wanna price drop with me? Try covering payroll every two weeks which is anywhere from $1000 to $4000 every two weeks. Insurance is over $1200 a month. Parking is $300 a month. Rent $200 a month. Quickbooks $100 a month. Internet $150 a month. Fuel $100 a day. I can go on and on. Not including my phone bill, rent, and the usual cos of living bills. Don't fuckin freak at me cause you can't make any money. Welcome to the real world asshole. Go download some more music all while complaing about PIPA of SOPA or whatever they are callin that shit nowadays.
