David's vocals are a lot better on Blessed are the Sick. It sounds like he grew an extra testicle in the time between the recordings.

The artwork from the review done here is probably the original, since it's also on shown on MA.
My artwork is more boring with two tall trees (very skinny) and most of the pic is done with brown and yellow colours.
