I'm all game for it believe it or not, we've all gained new bands from this thread, and since we can always start another to share the cover arts- its worth another 1,000 pages of gore, satan, and shitty power metal coverarts.

Maybe it would be a little more interesting, if along with posting the coverart, the poster could say a little something about the album "killing" songs or something besides just posting the album art. It would make it a little more interesting, as well as leave a hint of something to expect for something that a user hasn't heard?

I agree but we would have to keep it short, because of the "no reviews" rule. But it definitely would be better than just posting covers.

No not a review, just a sentence saying if it sucks or some good songs.

I like the 'few words' idea - perhaps a YouTube link or a MySpace link, too? Obviously not mandatory, but improving the 'sharing your music' vibe of the whole thing. Will sort it later, after work.

by-the-book war-hungry power metal, not bad but nothing spectacular either. The fast is I've heard many less competent, more reknown PM acts. Fans of the genre can give FireForce (despite their so obviously crappy name) a chance.
