Haven't heard mention of this band in a good long while, used to be worshipped in these parts. Shame, good stuff.

What band is it? I can't read the name...

You aren't missing much. Even I disagree with the Zadster on occasion.

Lis Er Still - The Collibro

Ridiculously pompous and dramatic but in an endearingly exuberant way. Wish they could write memorable melodies because that'd take this album to the level of amazingness.

I've only heard Heaven in Flames, didn't like it much, except for the first song, an Eternal Kingdom of Fire, which is great.

Judas Iscraiot has some decent stuff.
Distant in Solitary Night, The Cold Earth Slept Below..., Thy Dying Light is where I'd start.

Never cared for Judas Iscariot, never will, really. Although what Steve is playing is some solid stuff although I haven't particularly heard that album^^.

Yes I have. Tuesday was my first day. Tomorrow I work again. I'm happy. It's not a career so there is nothing to worry about, whatsoever. The money is okay with the people working there being ignorant about music, art and literature. Oh well, you can't expect much, can you?

Dunno why, but I pictured you like some kind of metal Spongebob Squarepants. It's very amusing. No offense intended. I'm high. Love. :dio:

On a more serious topic, serving people really annoys me. I worked at CostCo for 3 months when I was 16. That motivated me to study even more!

 That's an idiotic comment . Just goes to show that about 40% of your posts cannot be taken seriously at all . It also goes to show that you have an extremely poor sense of imagination no matter how one looks at it.

I'll be graduating in less than 2 years so I've got no worries.

He wasn't trying to offend you, but obviously that failed. And for the record, sometimes you come off as extremely pompous, intentional or not.

Right. First of all I don't see why you have to get involved when Alex is perfectly capable of answering for himself. Second, if you were to ask my close friends they would say I am a very humble and a down to earth person because I see being humble as a very high virtue in a human being. I really don't see how I have that impression on people on this site but I would like to have a second opinion especially from Alex himself and others like Zad which I value his opinions. On the other hand I really don't see a lot of people being humble on this at all. In fact I see some of them the complete opposite. I see them as sometimes very rude and ill-mannered to be quite frank. So you pointing out that I am in your own words "Pompous" is very amusing indeed.

Nima's not pompous, just a cultured person that doesn't like spongebob for some strange reason. And I imagine everyone could be kinda moody after 12 hours of dishwashing with a greek song in the background.

And about the percentage of my posts not to be taken seriously, it would be about 60%, especially those that aren't related to music.

Good night, need to sleep.

Cheers for being fair, Alex. Yeah... As you have said it's not my favourite place to work for obvious reasons so I thank you very much for being so understanding. I need the cash and you know a couple of years ago I really didn't care where I worked because the people I was working with were so cool, so we were very close buddies. I was very close with the owner of the place and the manager as well so the work didn't seem much at all. I quit studying Journalism because I really didn't care for school. I believed knowledge and wisdom didn't come from school in the 21st century and the direction of thought in our age and time is something very different compared to say the Antiquity and the Renaissance. I still believe the same thing but the interaction with students and the profs is what makes school worth while other than the career not too far in the road to achievement.
