But Nile have not released anything near Altars of Madness or Covenant. I prefer quality over quantity. I agree with Steve. The only song I really like from Nile is Unas, slayer of the gods.

I don't care what you think, frankly. Karl Sanders doesn't deserve Steve's shit, and I am sick of it.

Hahahaha, I don't think Sanders know about Steve's existence, so what's your fuckin' problem??

Akerfeldt this and Sanders that. Steve listens to a lot of great stuff, but I am sick of the hating.

So, you don't hate or dislike anything in life? It's all about love and flowers and hippie shit with you?

You are the pothead.

Not all potheads are loving, caring people.

That's the best they've sounded since Domination!

Though the Morbid song is wierd. Still I don't mind it.

EDIT: Actually some of it is quite shit by anyone's standards. Real mixed bag by the sound of the sampler.

MORBID ANGEL's new album "Illud Divinum Insanus" will be out in less than a week! Needless to say this release is highly anticipated by fans, journalists and musicians alike, so we sent the album to some of the famous names in Metal and asked them what they thought of the seminally influential Extreme Metal act's new opus. Here goes:

"The new Morbid Angel album will cause 3rd World War. After June 7th, the extreme metal scene is never gonna be the same again... And I already can't wait the moment I'll be sitting on my sofa listening to "Illus Divinum Insanus" while the world burns! Ha!" - Nergal, BEHEMOTH

WTF is up with Nergal.

Am rather puzzled by this. Is this a move by SoM to fight back against all the negative pre-reviews, by getting 'celebrity' endorsements for the album? Pretty bizarre.

I like how Nergal never actually praised the album. Listening to it while the world burns may be the opposite of a compliment.

I was never a huge fan of Morbid Angel and I thought with this album it might all change but this album is really just horrible. I got back to listening to top notch death metal like Immolation and what not but this new album is completely the opposite to everything I was hoping for. This album makes me feel like listening to all my Behemoth albums.

I'm really amused at how butthurt everyone is by the new album. I mean, I haven't heard it in its entirety, so I can't really express an opinion on it yet, but the straight up Death Metal songs I've heard really weren't bad at all. But on RYM, it already has a lower average rating than St. Anger and The Unspoken King.

It's just kinda funny to me how much of a fit people are pitching about it.

It isn't real. I've listened to about half the tracks, and I've determined that it is, in fact, a joke album. The real one will be coming out in a month or two, I am certain of it!!

Half the tracks are decent Death Metal, the other half weird pseudo-Death rock or wannabe lame Rammstein.

I think Trey's heroin addiction has finally resulted in him developing a split personality.

I actually considered this seriously: someone recorded a joke album and leaked it as new MA. Shockingly, it seems that's not the case, although a part of me still expects an announcement on Blabbermouth about this being the truth.
