I simply cannot agree with your score of 50 but you probably already know that since i've been pimping this album on the forums for a while. :P

I'm going to sound like a broken record but personally i love this. It's catchy as fuck , heavy , still melodic and grittier than their previous work. A solid 80 from me.

I'm not surprised that some people won't like this though and the reviews reflect this so far. Some scored this in the 8/10 + range while others in the 6/10 and below range. Blind Ride is pretty much a love it or hate it affair.

Disappointment of the year so far. Totally uncatchy, less melodic, only heavier and grittier, and Iuri's voice is getting old... it's sad.

This band had so much potential. What a shame.

Dont mean to be picky, I agree with the score and its a well written review, but IMO ending the review with "Avoid" for an average album seems to give the wrong impression.

I was under the impression that 50/100 on this website is a "Medium" album (i.e. average), to me the word avoid seems like this is a terrible album and not average. Again, this is just the way I see it.

I ususally end my reviews with either recommended - highly recommended or something along the lines of avoid or don't bother. And honestly, why should one bother with an average album when you have so much other great stuff to pick up on?

The opening track and Sight of Blindness are good songs. The rest ranges from gently monotonous to annoyingly boring.
I don't think I can give this more than 33/100.

Seems like these guys are going the path of Primal Fear: Starting off as a refreshingly heavy power metal band sporting buckets of memorable hooks and terrific riffs, and later on reverting to a more generic and predictable (yet still heavy and enjoyable) power metal sound. A bit underwhelming, but in no way do I think this is a 50 or below. I'd probably score it a 75 from the songs I've heard, which is about half of the album.

Good to see you somewhat agree with me. I cannot understand how someone would enjoy this entire album. It's terribly average.
