what does everyone think of these guys? my friends going too see them but i think that they are a fairly forgettable band, i mean, its not that exciting, their music does not live up to their notorious lifestyles, so thats why ive done this little poll.

What if i think they're ok at best?

the fact they screwed up as a band means they don't take it seriously so i say: used the be good.

I love the first 2 albums then Dr Feelgood and that's pretty much all... nice party rock'n'roll but a bunch of HUUUUUGE assholes ! :?

They have a few good songs but nothing to get too excited about.

Motley Crue was my first taste of "heavy" music. I think I was 9 when I first heard Dr. Feelgood. They were one of my favorites until I started getting into the death/black metal.

As a side note... I was working security at a club in Ft. Lauderdale a few years back when Vince Neil played there. His supporting band was fairly decent, but he was a moron. He sang maybe 2-3 words out of each line and really wasn't worth the money or the time. About midway thru the show, he started bad mouthing the club owner (which was weird, they'd been good friends for years) and pissed the guy off pretty bad. After the show, I got to inform Mr. Neil that he wasn't going to be going home in the owner's limo, and that we had a wonderful little taxi waiting for him outside. Then I got to escort Vince and his Playmate wife to the cab and bid them farewell all the while laughing. The moron was so drunk, I don't think he even knew that the cab wasn't the limo.

What is there to love? They suck.

Their first album is quite good, the rest is pretty expendable. But I would just like to take this moment to signify that Live Wire is by far the best song to sing while drunk.

An average band who made it big on the infamy of it all. A few good songs, though.

Im not a fan of them.. They onli made a few good songs.. rest of it sux...

Sucky. Sucky songs, sucky vocals and sucky guitar playing.

Indifferent. I actually never seriously listened to them enough to really decide.

Meh, I'll put 'em on the jukebox at the bar from time to time, it's okay when your're drunk, but nothing really all that special. I own "Shout at the Devil", but's that's about as far as it goes for me.

Shout at the Devil rocks hard, one of the best commercial metal albums! Had to be there, I guess.

Old stuff is o.k. New stuff is unentertaining maintream rock.

The Power Hour on Muchmoremusic had a special on them the other day and they made some really really bad music videos.

Don't hate them, but i dont like and i have never liked theyre music, just plain sleezy hair metal, the only band from all of those that i enjoy quite alot was Dokken .

I really like their first three albums!I find DrFeelgood overrated;Generation Swine is ok;don't have their last album and the one with Corabi on vocals(i've heard it's really good).
