It is with regret that Judas Priest announce that K.K. DOWNING has formally retired from the band and will therefore not be joining them on their forthcoming EPITAPH Tour.

The band respect his decision and naturally all wish him well.

This world is falling apart. Let's get rid of it already.

Glad I didn't bought tickets, I would have been pissed if I did. They come by in Paris in June, and the joke costs 70 euros. 70 euros ! Halford already had a hard time staying put and remembering all the lyrics, now KKD quits. And the fuckers charge us 70 euros !

FAREWELL AND GOOD RIDDANCE.

(Sinnaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah !!!! :dio: )

$@$# dammit it won't be the same without Downing. Tipton and Downing were the best duo guitarists in all of metal.

As good as those guys are Tipton/Downing > All of them although Mustaine/Friedman comes close.

Another pair that comes close was Michael Wilton/Chris DeGarmo during the early days of Queensryche.
