It is very good and so is the bonus disc, put I do prefer the first Star One release.

I personally think that this just sounds like songs that didn't make 10110001100110010100011100101010100000000011. And even then, that was the worst album they had done in years. Not a fan.

This one definitely has more of an Ayreon vibe than it does the first Star One, but it's a fantastic album. As was the last Ayreon album.

Great job, nice writeup. This is an excellent album, to be sure, with a lot of depth and layers to it, but for some reason the first SO project seems to catch my attention more often.
