Not bad at all!! This easily beats the Finnish Angmar (stupid norsecore shit), which made me wonder where I heard this name before. Healthy deal of emotion you managed to transfer into your music, I like the Burzumish approach, also on the vocals. I'll listen to some more of it and give you a more elaborate opinion. By the way, why is this called Norman BM? It's typically Mid European, or do you mean Normandian?

Thx for replying ! I always like to know impressions about Angmar !

Norman is because we are from a region in France called Normandy (where lived Rollon and William the Bastard). It will be too long to explain the history of this land, but if you're interested in, you can visit http://www.wsu.edu:8080/~dee/MA/NORMANS.HTM . It is not really the bm style but the location, even if some of our lyrics tell about this.

Interesting indeed. Tell me, will you release anything on CD (not CDr) or preferably LP? From what I heard now, the demo contains the best tracks, I would be interested. I'll keep listening to the samples and tell you my view on the music after a few more.

No, we haven't released anything on CD or LP ( :() But perhaps the upcoming album will be on cd, 'cause we are in contact with a few label who seems to be interested in pressing our release. On our own, we haven't enough money ! ;) Concerning the demo CDR, it is avalaible for 5 euros including postage.

I've been listening to your stuff a lot now, I really enjoy it. The more ambient parts reminded me of the Russian band Forest, especially on the demo. I think it was a wise decision to make the bass clearly audible at times, some of the basslines add to the melancholic feeling of the music, as they do in Eternal Majesty's share on the split None Shall Escape The Wrath. That band gives me another comparison by the way. The production on the demo is raw, but not to a negative extend, it's just bearable. The rehearsals are just a little bit too much of the crappy sound, but that's what they are rehearsals for. What I also enjoyed was the clean singing, and moreover, the amazing acoustic parts. Some more of that would really add to the musical value. So I'd like to hear more acoustic guitars, but I think it would be specificly interesting if you used them together with the raw guitars (Pestilence got a short part featuring that already). A warm acoustic guitar over the chilling distorted madness really adds to both melancholy and atmosphere, it builds up a beautiful contrast that makes the parts without it even colder. I think you did something like that with the bass already, and I take it we can agree that the warm bass with the chilly guitars works great. I will not forget to send you the five euros, I'm a little bit short on money for the moment, but within a few weeks I'll send the hidden cash with my address etc.

Thx ! We are just finishing the next cd. In this one, there is no acoustic parts, because it isn't very easy to keep such sounds live (opposite to the demo, where there are several ones). However and as you said, bass guitar takes a great place in the music and is used like this many times. Actually we had some parts with acoustic guitars with warm satured ones, but we translated these to bass guitar. In a few days we'll upload some tracks from the new album on the website. I will tell you when it will be done !

To those who like rehearsal ones, I'm pleased too ! It is not the same atmosphere but I guess both have their interest ! (I like raw too !)

I hope so, but I don't know yet. We are looking for a label which can press it on cd on a first time, and lp are more expensive. But it would be great !

Just one other info: the demo will be soon released on a US label, lifeless productions, as a "special and limited edition", on tape. This will be the demo + some rehearsal tracks. I will tell you about it soon.
