They give you coupons? The supermarkets here give you cash if you return food/groceries (providing it's not eaten obviously).

To answer's V's question, it was Rye, a kind that makes excellent turkey hybrid reubens. I'm not a fan of the traditional reuben, but turkey with colesaw and Russian/Thousand Island dressing on Rye is excellent.

To answer yours, I lazily wrote coupon when I meant rain check. I want my delicious and fresh Rye bread, and they will honor it!!

Any other questions guys? Or should I start a couple threads?

A poll for rye vs pumpernickel, perhaps?

Whole grain wheat.
Not much into bread myself, but yer can't make much of a sandwich without it and sandwiches are fucking awesome.

Wheat is the good stuff too. Sandwiches are fast, relatively cheap, and easily transportable. And done well, they taste really damn good! Life without sandwiches probably wouldn't be worth living.

They are a self contained well balanced meal, in and of itself.
Just substitute a little avocado for mayo, because mayo is not good for you at all.
I eat very healthy, myself.

I haven't eaten mayo, willingly, in at least a decade.

French Fries are worthless.

I'm eating plain greek yogurt right now. A ton of protein, no fat. Seems like a good thing to eat after lifting.

I'd disagree. Girls I've lived with spend a long time on how they look. I remember reading in the newspaper a long time ago (strong evidence!) that the average is almost an hour a day.

My post workout meal today was a protein drink made of

some OJ
some pure pineapple juice
pineapple
one whole banana
two scoops (60 g) of protein powder
and crushed ice.

Fucking delicious and damn good for you if followed up with some lean lean meat and veggies for dinner.

French fries worthless? Come to Belgium and I'll gladly change your mind by making you some.

All this talk about food and stuff made me think about something. In a lot of American movies you always see police men eating donuts like it's the best thing in town. But do you actually like donuts? I, personally, can't stand them. But then again, I am European.

Seriously? They give me a stomach ache. I also do not like cake and especially pie. According to (almost) everyone I know, not liking pie is a bad thing.

But only eat them occasionally, in festivities or similar.

Steak and ale sauce pies.

I've also seen macaroni and cheese pies and lasagna pies.

So scottish: "Right, mac and cheese is nowhere NEAR starchy enough, wait 'till we make it in a pie!"

I enjoy donuts, but if I was a cop, I'd eat those big soft pretzels for a greasy snack. Realistically I'd probably have to take a protein drink or something though if I had to spend all day in a car.

Here they give Policewomen funnels so they can relieve themselves on duty

I like jam doughnuts, none of this ring bullshit. "What would you like as filling in your doughnut, sir? some jam?" "No thanks, I think I'd prefer some delicious air". WTF?!
