I had honestly wished to have been exposed to their first three albums earlier in my life. I was about six and my uncle was blasting the black album in his room and that acoustic intro stuck in my mind.I also recall just how heavy the album was..

RTL has its moments, MOP has a couple good tracks, but yes, can we please get AJFA rerecorded in a fantasy world?

I started out with both AJFA and TBA in middle school.. I bought them at the same time. I went backwards, got MOP, then RTL, then KEA. Then I went fowards got the rest of the albums, live recordings.ect. I listen to songs from KEA the most. No Remorse has to be my favorite song. When the solo starts at the beginning, you can't keep yourself from jamming. I love Hit The Lights. I sing the lyrics each and every time. KEA in my opinion is the better album than Killing is my business. It seem be less sloppy and have better song writing than what Mutaine could create.
Yes there are better thrash out there, (Testament) and heavier (Slayer), but I still hold true to going back to Metallica.

Mostly confused the first time I hear MOP. around the fifth time, i noticed how many good parts there were, like 50 things that sounded really good, on an album. eventually, that would come to signify a great album for me.

The first time I heard RTL, I thought the songs were really great, but a hair less than MOP, some of the songs were great, a few weren't as solid, and overall the boring parts dragged a bit longer.

The first time I heard AJFA, I couldn't believe metallica were really that good. This was one of the last albums I got to, but I couldn't believe how good these songs were. They were my favourite band when I was 12, and were one of my favorites again when I was 18. This album is damn near perfect and everything was top notch, especially the production. You read that right.

KEA sounded unpolished, sorta boring and like it had been done better, cleaner and with better songs. I like the album, but it was never one I ever listened to front to back over and over. It was a little too NWOBHM for my tastes
