Uhhhh....

I finally bought Nattens Madrigal...

Ulver - A quick fix of Mechanholy (I like it, muthafuckas!)

Into Eternity - Buried in Oblivion

Disillussion - Back to times of splendor

Dark Tranquillity - Exposures

I currently have Annihilator's "All for you" in the mail, and soon I wanna get Jon Oliva's Pain "'Tage Mahal." In time I'm sure I'll buy that 3 inches of Blood album too. They sound pretty good. 11 Dreams is a must as well.

Heh... I attribute my lack of purchasing to the brand new Harley Davidson in my garage back home.

Damn straight, that's a good CD. I only with it was longer.

I haven't bought a CD in a long time because I'm saving up for bigger stuff, but I'm finally getting Metallica - Kill 'em All from a friend on Monday for $4.

1349 - Liberation

Well, I technically stole it. But without a doubt I will buy it in the next month.

I've been repurchasing all the 'classic' black metal albums I used to have. Why? Not only because I'm an Emperor fanatic who needs Emperor to get me out of bed in the morning, but because I recently acquired loads of money. Luckily, the fellow I bet sixty dollars with on six-to-one odds that Kerry would lose was a hopeless optimist. Took him a while to pay up, though. Well, that and my old copies are missing.

Darkthrone - Total Death, Soulside Journey
Dark Funeral - The Secrets of the Black Arts
Emperor - Anthems, In The Nightside Eclipse
Anaal Nathrakh - Total Fucking Necro
Emperial Live Ceremony DVD (I shoulda purchased this a long time ago.)
Graveland - Following the Voice of Blood (despite all the neo-Nazi shit, it's a pretty good album)
Celtic Frost - To Mega Therion, Into the Pandemonium
Sacramentum - Far Away from the Sun
Marduk - Opus Nocturne.

All in one shopping spree.

Good one, shows some correspondence with Dissection. They later stuff is nice too, but I consider this album their best...

Pain of Salvation - One Hour By The Concrete Lake
Finntroll - Jaktens Tid
Charon - Downhearted

I've been listening to all three for ages in MP3 but it was the time I bought the cd's as well therefore all three of them are killers in my opinion. That's why previewing the albums is great! you never regret a purchase.

Shadow Gallery - Legacy.

Symphonic Prog Rock with Metal parts. Those who can appreciate long and complex instrumental passages ala DT will love this one. Nothing-but-2-chords-plus-brainless-screaming fans might find this wanky

Oliver Hund - Valseues.

Weird stuff. Samples of old shellac discs and added electronic beats and effects. A nice variety for afflicted metal ears.

Wintersun - s/t
Theatre of Tragedy - Aegis
Mayhem - De Mysteriis Dom Sathanus
Iron Maiden - Seventh Son of A Seventh Son

Mayhem are pure evil, no doubt. Last night I promised a friend of mine I would play him something so heavy 'he would have to phone his mother and apologize'. I think this qualifies.

Funnily enough I had never heard SSOASS in its entirety.. back in the day I was firmly in the Priest camp and therefore was anti-Maiden.

Wintersun is very enjoyable - especially the chorus of Battle Against Time. What a sound.

TOT is enjoyable as well, but definitely mood music. More listenable than TypeO IMO.

 Mütiilation - Remains of a Ruined, Dead, Cursed Soul

I know, I know; how the fuck did you get a copy of the album? Well guess what; I didn't have to shell out 100 dollars on E-Bay for it, no. A friend of mine sold it to me for 23 dollars. Don't hate me :D.

Death - Sound of Perseverence

I should be shopping for other people now, but when I saw this I had to have it; it's hard to believe how hard it is to find anything by Death around here.
