Yeah, Arsis is pretty overrated as well. Better than Lamb of God though.

I'd say they're pretty boring and predictable. I can think of a lot of other bands that suck a whole lot more, though.

Nonsense. Lamb of God sound nothing like Pantera, and their singer make Phil seem like the greatest vocalist of all time.

Either way, Pantera are not overrated and most of you shouldn't even have a say in that. Does it make sense for me to come out and start giving opinions on the relevancy of The Beatles or Led Zeppelin or Sabbath? I could, but I'd be an asshole.

Unless you could truly grasp the impact on the musical landscape at that time, then you shouldn't comment on it in this sort of capacity. The fact that some of you are comparing Pantera to Lamb of God says you haven't any idea of what sort of impact they had.

And yes, this is an age thing. And yes, it fucking makes a huge difference.
