Yes, because four people commenting on a single topic on an internet forum sum up the entire metal scene - maybe where you live, gov'ner. At least we can use the caps lock key when necessary, unlike some people.

Yeah, I always have trobule drumming up a list for specific genres, as I usually don't have enough albums of that year to make a full list.

I have 9 2009 albums, so that's not even enough to do a Top 15.

5- Border Line

Wechsler IQ test ratings identify those on borderline who score 56-70 points on a Wechsler IQ test scale. They can’t answer more than two questions correctly for an IQ test questionnaire of 100 items. They are better than morons but still don’t qualify to be average.

Wechsler criteria has already been questioned. those criteria are quite relative, mainly designed for bunch of middle class Londoners, rather than universal applications.
