I don't feel like any of them are consistent enough to rank them accordingly. Ex: Warbringer/Rumpelstiltskin's newest are amazing but their respective first albums kinda sucked. Beyond the Permafrost was amazing but not their newest one. Toxic Holocaust may be the only consistent one and maybe Evile if their newest one is any good.

Really none. But Merciless Death, if they only released Evil in the Night, would be it for me.

I'm not entirely hip on the newer acts but my vote would go to

I. Hexen
II. Final Breath
III. Cryptic Warning
IV. Exodus( I say this because I see their newer stuff as seperate from their classic stuff)
V. Dew-Scented

Honestly I listen to more Blackened Thrash/thrashy black metal and death/thrash than straight up thrash, but I sometimes feel the urge and will throw something on. Other fun listen's from Headshot, Horrorscope, Nocturnal Breed, Destroyer 666, Razor of Occam, Savage Messiah, Blood Tsunami and Guillotine.

Np: Decapitated - Nihility :dio:

They're all a bit shite, but some are more tolerable than others.

Too bad they are gone.

I was going to say them, but they pre-date this thrash revival scene.

I have. It's cool but sloppier and not as good The Storm Before the Calm imo

Why in your opinion does Dark Angel beat out Kreator? Both are amazing bands

Eh? Oh, those bands aren't in any particular order. If they were, Kreator would be at the top, while Metallica... would still at the bottom.

I like Pitiful Reign and Amok very much indeed. Evile's first album was really good but the second hasn't done much for me.

I don't think you can really lump Toxic Holocause in with this "revival" movement seeing as they've been going for 10 years now.

EDIT:
Ooh, oooh and HOD. If you haven't listened to HOD yet, go listen to HOD.

Kreator deserves to be at the top of any list. :P
