The riffing and the soloing are very Megadeth tho. Very cool.

the riff that kicks in at the 2:40 mark and ends the song is absolutely monstrous.

the riffing is very Mustaine like, and I know it doesn't sound like Megadeth. But that's because it is a raw demo, I'm not arguing that it is Megadeth, just saying that it's possible. If it isn't Megadeth then the guy who wrote the riffs sure likes Mustaine.

Actually it's more old than new Megadeth. And it's IMO awesome. Much better than the melodic pop radio stuff from the 90s.
