Seems like I was beaten to it, and I really wanted to create this thread seeing as how Megadeth is like my favourite band ever.

Now to pick 3 songs... well it was hard for Slayer and Metallica, damn near impossible for Priest and Maiden. I don't know if I can do this, but I will try.

These lists are silly by definition, really. Do any of us really care what the others think of our top three songs? Such a bland question... asking for the three worst would be more interesting than oh look The_Voice likes Take No Prisoners, how awesome is that.

Good call. Perhaps worst three and why? Explanations more in depth than 'because it sucks' would be required.

Worst Deth songs

1. The Doctor is Calling

Everything that was wrong with Risk can pretty much be summed up with this one song. A truly horrendous attempt at Alt-Pop Rock that has not a single interesting riff, bassline, or drum beat in it anywhere. Dave Mustaine wailing out of tune over it doesn't help things either.

2. I'll Be There for You

Megadeth does Bon Jovi. Yuck.

3. A Tout Le Monde(Christina Scabies Redux)

I'm not a fan of the original, but he managed to make this song sound completely dull and lifeless with this crappy remake. Christina's performance on it was totally unremarkable. It's just one big ball of bland that sounds really out of place on an otherwise musically upbeat album.

This is a message board. It's purpose is for discussion. Is it that strange to ask someone " So hey, bro, we both like Megadeth... What are your favorite songs? " You don't ask people that when you like a similar band when BSing in real life?
