What're everyone's top three Judas Priest songs? This should be a good topic, lots of chances for us to fight. My top three in no particular order are:

Sinner
Tyrant
Diamonds and Rust (not a JP original but their version is magnificent)

In no particular order:

Painkiller
Between The Hammer And The Anvil
A Touch Of Evil

Yes, "Painkiller" is my favourite Priest album. :dio:

Breaking the Law
Between the Hammer and the Anvil
Freewheel Burning

The Hellion - Electric Eye
Beyond The Realms Of Death
One Shot At Glory

Diamonds & Rust as the best JP - not JP written song, incredible, specially live in the Unleashed in the east version.

Wow that's really hard.. My favorite band!

#1) The Sentinel
#2) Victim of Changes (Unleashed In The East)
#3) Freewheel Burning

(I'm very partial to DOTF)

Almost the same, but I would change Freewheel Burning for Painkiller.

I love old old Priest. Rocka Rolla, Sin After Sin, and Sad Wings of Destiny are my favs... so my three songs are:

Dreamer Deciever/Deceiver
Dying to Meet You
Victim of Changes

but picking 3 is just so hard... another 3 I really like:

Run of the Mill
Island of Domination
Saints in Hell

In contrast, DW, I much prefer 80's style Priest.

This would change on a weekly basis.

Freewheel Burning
Screaming For Vengeance
Random track off Painkiller (The current number 3 is definitely off this album, but can't pick one)

3. All Guns Blazing

But that changes all the time.

I never, ever thought someone would mention that track. And I don't think anyone would ever think that someone would consider Lochness as one of Judas Priest's best song ever. I love that track. Some might think it's too long, but I think it's a great track. I guess I have mentioned one . The other two that come to mind are Painkiller and Touch Of Evil. Then you have The Sentinel, Jawbreaker, Night Comes Down, The Rage, Dissident Aggressor(how come no one mentioned this song?)..... hell, this band has so many great tracks, it's hard to mention just three.

I don't see what's the fuss with Sentinel... I think it's an okay song but I could fill up 3 cds of Priest material and not include it.

If it was top four I would have included Dreamer Deceiver that song is absolutely amazing. Halford pretty much established himself as one of the perennial heavy metal singers on that song.
