I loved United Abominations, honestly. Probably my favorite album from them in a long time. I hope they continue to keep it going in that style, maybe speed it up a bit.

I pretty much like all the albums but Risk and The System Has Failed. Anything else Megadeth in my opinion is pure gold.

I'm betting Dave will keep things in order, I'm hoping that it's an improvement over United Abominations, which was a definitely step in the right direction for Megadeth.

Although, I should probably mention that I haven't heard Killing Is My Business or So Far, So Good, So What (yet).

So, I have company. Youthanasia is one of my fav albums of all time. So, obviously, to me that is Megadeth's best. Cryptic Writings is overlooked too which I feel is a very strong album. So Far....... is as good as any Megadeth 80s album. In My Darkest Hour is reason enough to pick it up. I too have yet to listen to Killing Is My Business.

Youthanasia's also one of my favorite albums of all time. Family Tree, the title track, Addicted To Chaos (God this album has the best song openings!), and Train Of Consequences are among my favorite Megadeth songs of all time. I also really like I Thought I Knew It All and The Killing Road. Awww, heck. I love every song on the album. :)

(although, to be honest, my all-time favorite Megadeth song is actually a movie soundtrack song: Angry Again)

Angry Again is one of Megadeth's best songs. Love the main riff. Go To Hell is a classic too.

I also love Angry Again's chorus and guitar solo. As well as that pseudo-British accent Dave starts singing in during the third verse.

Go To Hell was in Bill And Ted's Bogus Journey, right?

if they ignore you it's they who are missing out on an amazing album.

Breakpoint is from Hidden Treasures, not Cryptic Writings.

Trust, Almost Honest, and She-Wolf are three of my favorite Megadeth songs (the first two songs I can actually relate somewhat to, especially lines like "Time and again, she repeats let's be friends. I smile and say, 'Yes.' Another truth bends, I must confess!"). Those are from Cryptic Writings.
