She's actually quite a good bass player.

Mastodon - Wolf Is Loose. I find Blood Mountain tolerable after having fallen in love with Crack the Skye.

Wowowow! This is so awesome! It's like Klaus Schulze doing a John Carpenter soundtrack while trying to sound like a mix of Genesis and Goblin! :dio:

Crescent Shield - The Stars of Never Seen

Well, this will have a hard time breaking through as it's released at the same time as label-mates Slough Feg. Considering it's not at the same level will make it even harder. Still a solid album though. I liked their debut as well. Got a little harsh review here IMO.

Finsterfrost - ...zum tode hin

TOO LONG. The problem with making your whole album with +10 songs is that if I listen to it while doing something I get distracted and not hear like 5 minutes of any song. Sometimes I even forget what I'm listening to. But if I focus on it and not do anything else then I get sleepy.

Long song =/= epic. Moonsorrow proves this. Even though they do this shit sometimes.

A diamond for disease is the only long song I can tolerate these days, but that song is pure awesome anyway.
