I'm writing this on my PS3 web browser so I apologize beforehand if anything looks weird.

The highly anticipated new Stratovarius album will be released in May and carries the title "Polaris"

Want to hear some clips? Then check out this link and watch the video.

Personally I haven't been this excited over a Stratovarius album in years! The clips sound insanely good!

Their new guitarist kicks ass!

Wow. I haven't been excited for power metal in a long time. Sounds cool.

It looks like they are going back to the sound of their glory days, although I wasn't blown away from what little i've heard. Still, it sounds way better than the last Strato and RR albums.

You guys should really try Fist In Fetus! :dio: Matias Kupiainen does an awesome job there so I'm not at all surprised he helped Stratovarius regain their past grandeur.

I am super looking forward to this release. Strato has been one of my favorite bands for years, even when they lost their way. Ah, a fresh new direction with mentally stable musicians. Who could ask for more?

Oh man, I remember back in the day when I played Speed of Light and Black Diamond aaall the time.. After I grew tired of those, they never clicked with me again. Shame really, as this is obviously a good band.

It's actually very good. This song alone is better than the entire new RR album. :dio:
