can anyone recommend a good Annihilator album?

Alice In Hell & Never, Neverland, of course.

Yes, those are the two! :dio:
I like their "easy" album too, "Set the World on Fire"... Especially "Brain Dance" which is a fun/a little crazy song.[/quote

I like it too, but it's not at the same level :)

First two annihilator were awesome. Set the World on Fire is decent.

No, it is not but it's the last one I can sometimes enjoy from start to finish...

Anyone heard of these guys?

http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=106823

The singer is either the best Thrash vocalist ever or the worst, I can't decide, but the riffs are sweet, and the gang-shouts are to die for. Review 4thcoming.

Not too bad.

It's like Zetro era Exodus crossed with some more mid-paced Nuclear Assault. With the bastard child of Steve Souza, Bobby Blitz, Brian Johnson, and the guy from Nuclear Assault on vocals.

Overall not that bad, but not that original either.

Scratch that about the review, can't be bothered now. I'll try and find something Thrash-shaped for you to make up for it, however.

I saw Bonded by Blood, Exmortus, Witchaven, and Martyrd (local NYC band) last night at a free show. It would have been awesome automatically by virtue of being free, but it turned out to be a show I'd have paid for anyway. It was in a really tiny place, which I'm not a stranger to, but I just wouldn't expect it from them, being one small stop on their national tour.

Exmortus stole the show (as I expected, I really went for them), the others were really good too though.

I liked Warbringer a lot, but they got kinda boring after a few plays. I only liked 'Total War' and I feel the EP was better than their debut album in terms of production. The debut had better production, no doubt, but it sucked out the whole thrash rawness which the EP had.

Onslaughts newest album came out March 24th.

Will post comments later...

EDIT - turns out the new Onslaught is just a bunch of re-recordings of old songs and unreleased demos... fuck this is getting old...

EDIT #2 - turns out its just a compilation of old demos, cool i guess...
