Best Black Metal scene

Without getting into any debates over terminology, I still think its rather ridiculous to lump in all regions or scenes of the Americas into one. I don't want to vote for the entirety of North, Central, and South America which would be akin to me saying that all of Europe or the entire continent of Australia has the best such and such a scene. Just as the European scenes are distinct and reflected to a degree in the poll, so, too, are those found in the Americas. While Canada's various scenes may have commonalities between each other, they don't have much to do with what's coming out of the States, Central America or South America. So I was content to vote for Scandinavia since it has historically been the best, meanwhile explaining my choice for modern black metal.

Actually, story is that I was quite unoriginal and Iron Duke was the name of one of my favourite beers when I registered. But I changed it since I figured being female and called IronDuke would be awkward...or wait...what... *has gender identity crisis*
