Weakling is pretty awesome. Too bad there is only one album.

The guy went on to be in the band The Fucking Champs. I heard one track and it wasn't Weakling but it was alright.

i've been meaning to listen The Fucking Champs again. i remember hearing them a while ago and not liking them, but i'm more into math rock now than i was.

i haven't heard any that's better, or even nearly as good. then again almost all the other black metal i enjoy is influenced by them. the breakdown at the end of "No One Can Be Called a Man While He'll Die" actually destroyed a planet last time i listened to it. i saw it happen.

Wolves in the Throne Room is the only black metal band I've ever truly liked so I should probably check this out.

you should. Weakling is a big influence on WittR. they took me (a lot) longer to get into though because the production is murkier and the vocals are kind of howly in a way that i didn't like at first.

This is better than I remembered :dio:

Gets a little monotonous, but some great fucking riffs. Still not the best bm album ever though!

Also anyone notice that riff in No one.... that sounds exactly like a riff in a WITTR song?
