If this came out in 2007, shouldn't it be an Archive review instead of a Crap Of The Month?

I just can't see why this band is getting so much press. I mean, to me they sound pretty uninteresting and not just for the vocals, either. It's just that after the album's over, nothing stays and that's usually not good. It's too bad, I really like their concept but the music just falls flat for me.

Listening to their first album, I thought it was like SOAD buttfucking a retarded squirrel monkey. I have this album on my PC but haven't actually attempted to listen to it.

Hmmm. It's interesting that this review didn't mention the drumming at all. Kevin Talley's drumming is almost worth giving Daath a chance. It's really good.

Their most recent album is the only one worth listening to, even though it does grow kinda thin after a a bit. They do mix it up quite a bit on the newer album, though. I rather liked that.
