When I went to see Quo Vadis there was this little kid with a mohawk, he must have been like 10 years old max lol. And they were serving alcohol. I think the age limitation should at least be around 15.

You don't have to be 19 to get into every show here, just a select few. Cryptopsy, Celtic Frost, and Blind Guardian are some of them. I've seen Destruction, Vader, Kataklysm, Kreator, Napalm Death, Megadeth, and Iron Maiden all before I was 19.

Usually 18 here... But it is a silly 20-year limit to buy booze over 21% here, hence, clubs serving booze demands that you are 20 or older. Screwed me over when attending Pagan's Mind earlier this year.

Lol that's got to be one of the stupidest alcohol laws I've heard about, set an age limitation according to the percentage of alcohol in the drink! 18 years old is ok to drink beer, but you have to be 20 to take a shot of whiskey, set it to 30 to drink a shot of absinthe while they're at it!

Too bad Exodus is currently residing in the "Huge Pile of Shit" Bin. Who the fuck re-records their classic album with a new singer??? Insanity....or unabashed greed. You're not good enough to make new music that's worth a damn, so you have to re-record your old stuff. Boy, their motives are exceedingly transparent. Fuck em.

Kreator is still ok with me. Pleasure to Kill, the song, still has the heaviest riff of all time in it.

He's spoken again, so now it's not alright to like Exodus but we can still enjoy Kreator. Thank god.

I would say you're right except that they just released an album last year and will release another one next year with the BbB re-recording in between. So it's not just about the inability to write new music.

Well their new stuff qualifies as evidence of inability to write music that's worth a damn. This is just an opinion however, something Devoted Walnut failed to note in my previous post. I hope he has not taken offense to a subjective observation of a band I deem to have fallen from grace.

Exodus used to waive the banner of bay area thrash, but man, after Baloff died Gay Holt was allowed to run wild. What a bummer.

Kreator fucking rules live! I saw Exouds recently and eventhough its one of my favorite thrash-bands the show pretty much got killed by Dukes. He sound more like a vocalist for a band like The Haunted then Exodus, doesn't fit. Bring back "Zetro"!

Zetro would be cool back in the band, it is hard to listen to Dukes for more than a couple songs in a row.

I like your edit there, missed that line the first time I read your post...

Which one? I'm gonna guess you mean the one during the chorus. It's my favorite album by them but I don't find the song that great, other than MY ONLY AIM IS TO HEAR MANY CRIES FROM THOSE etc. Awesome to sing to on the road at twice the speed limit.... but then the song slows down and I skip to Riot of Violence.

Will probably head to NYC for this show. I've tried and failed to see Exodus twice.
