I'm into psychedelic stuff, I'm sure some of you guys know some bands that are totally fucked up so if you could list some of them here it would be cool.

A few suggestions:

- Hawkwind "Space Ritual"
The masters of space rock with their classic 70s double live album.
- Quicksilver Messenger Service "Happy Trails"
A live album with a sublime instrumental, Calvary.
- The Crazy World Of Arthur Brown "ST"
The name of the band says it all!
- Gong "You"
More progressive and jazzy acid music, a great catch for a great trip!
- Acid Mothers Temple & The Cosmic Inferno "Starless and Bible Black Sabbath"
Crazy japanese pay an acid tribut to Black Sabbath and King Crimson...

First Utterance is a great album. Their singer may take some getting used to, though, as he often times sounds insane.

Sorry I have a life outside of this forum so I haven't had the time yet to check out all of them :P , but I'll get on it eventually thanks for the suggestions. I've listened to some Comus and I like it.

Usually when I'm on acid I listen to Jimi Hendrix and The Doors, some Elvis Presley, heavy music is not good for me on psychedelic drugs, I tend to become paranoid and have bad hallucinations, really weird body feelings. It's all about taking it smooth, or then you're in for some real shit.

I've tried it all man, the shrooms, LSD, DXM, 2-CI, Salvia, MDMA, etc, you name it, the only thing that's not gone in my blood yet is heroin and I don't wanna try it, 'cause I know I'd like it too much. I used to do shrooms every weekend but I stopped about two years ago, I tried to do shrooms again the other day and it gave me horrible gastric problems, my immunitary system just ain't what it used to be, acid on the other hand does not affect my digestion so that's why I like it better.

I don't know much about Rush though. I'll try both.

I got Rush's new live album and it turned me into a fan. I highly advise getting into them.
