The crazy Christian article was written by Sam Harris. He is up there with Dawkins in terms of passion for atheism. Great article if you focus on the elitism aspect of his argument, basically it's the whole 'would you want any person you are drinking a beer with in a bar to be president' question.

The emotional response article and findings seem kind of hokey.

The entire experience argument is bullshit in and out of itself. Historical studies have shown that experience has had no effect on the successes or faults of a presidency; some of the most experienced have had the worst ones and some of the least experienced have had the best ones, and vice versa. If I ever bring it up in a Palin debate, its only because a month ago all Republicans were constantly bringing it up as a major reason for why Obama shouldn't be president... But since Palin was added onto the McCain bill, inexperience is suddenly okay.
