Its better than I expected, but still it's not as awesome those suckups have commented on their myspace, it may be better than St. Anger, but it definitely won't be return to the roots, this might be one ok album and nothing more.

They took it down because the quality sucked. You're a stupid douche, huh? :)

By that logic, no one would post songs on myspace at all.

It's not like Metallica's the only band at least partially motivated by money.

::Points at almost every other rock/metal band in existence::

You can now stream "My Apocalypse" in it's entirety at the link below. It sounds good to me. I'm going to pre-order the CD from Amazon for $9.99. http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=103518

Thanks for the heads up. I assume that will be the cheapest price anywhere so I went ahead and got it.

This ranks up there with Damage, Inc. and Dyers Eve as possibly the three fastest songs Metallica has ever written. In fact, it reminds me a bit of the Slayer song Epidemic.

I couldn't resist: I pre-ordered this album on Amazon. Believe it or not, this is the first time I've ever pre-ordered an album.
