I don't care who says what but these guys sure know how to write and play great metal!

The problem with this band is you heard one album (after VotD), you've heard them all.

And how is that different from 99% of metal bands out there?

By the way the new album is a big progression from the previous one. Listen for yourself.

I heard Heroes of Our Time, it easily could have come from any of their other albums. And no, typically bands keep the same style between all their albums with absolutely zero deviation from their song formula, but Dragonforce are always uber speed, same solos, gay lyrics, etc, the only difference is on the ballads.

it's pretty good, i've only listened to it like 5 times and there's a lot to absorb in it. the vocals and guitars remind me a bit of Helloween but a lot darker and more artsy.

I know that this is the power thread, but fuck it,

Morbid Angel - Domination

It's becoming my favourite album from theirs, but God of Emptiness will always remain my favourite Morbid Angel song.

Ross The Boss returns to his Manowar roots with a less theatrical/pompous and more rocking sound than his ex-band. Quite good actually.
