I don't see why I need any "evidence" for my statement. All is based on my own taste. I think Metallicas later stuff is shit, thats why I'm not even gonna download the new album.

Have I insulted you? I don't think so...

My problem is that your opinion goes no further than saying "it's shit, they should have quit a long time ago"... If you had arguments I would have no problem with it but you do not have any that we could read here so stop or explain why it's shit, that we can discuss and see if we agree or not.

Why can't you just accept people have different opinions? I don't like Metallica, I don't like anything they have done. If you do, good for you but quit bitching on people that don't. THAT'S stupid.

I'm not bitching and you have every right to dislike whatever band you want to. All I'm saying is that your opinions should be based on facts or feelings and that you should explain to the community what brought you to dislike their music, that's all.

Ok here's what I think of Metallica: They are really overrated, what they did before The black album was descent, nothing more.What I've heard after doesn't appeal to me at all. I think they are boring and monotonous, and from what I've heard of the coming album it seems nothing has changed. The only songs I can say I like from this band is Whiskey in the jar and Enter sandman. I don't like Master of puppets, I don't like One, I don't like Fade to black, I don't like Seek and destroy (just a couple of examples). Now, is that good enough reason for me to assume the next album is not gonna appeal to my taste? Yes I think so.

It just amazes me that a band like Running Wild is on your list and you call Metallica monotonous...
